Alma has worked with me in the past through online fitness programs and more. But recently Alma approached me, she had a clear vision of her fitness goals: to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and develop healthy routines for stress management. At 63 years young, Alma's determination and commitment to her well-being were evident from the very beginning.

From our initial session, it was apparent that Alma had the drive and dedication to make a positive change in her life. We started with a comprehensive fitness assessment to understand her current level of fitness and identify areas for improvement. Alma's openness to feedback and her willingness to embrace new challenges set the foundation for her transformation journey.

One of the key components of Alma's fitness routine was water exercise. She immediately took to this form of exercise and found joy in its low-impact, yet highly effective nature. It wasn't long before Alma was doing water exercise sessions in her backyard pool three times a week with enthusiasm and determination. Her cardiovascular fitness improved steadily, and she reported feeling more energetic throughout her day.

To further enhance her overall fitness, we introduced strength training exercises, with a focus on leg muscles. Alma embraced the challenge and incorporated 100 squats into her routine three times a week. Alma also incorporated extensive band work into her routine to help tone and build her glute muscles. She found a clever way to stack this habit by performing squats while watching TV or journaling. Witnessing her commitment to this new habit-stacking technique was truly inspiring.

Incorporating her Apple Watch into her fitness routine proved to be another game-changer for Alma. Tracking her heart rate during exercise and monitoring her overall activity level helped her stay on track and motivated. The data from her watch provided valuable insights into her progress, allowing us to make necessary adjustments to optimize her fitness journey.

Beyond the physical aspect of her transformation, Alma also recognized the importance of managing stress. Together, we explored various stress management techniques, and I introduced her to The Transformation Tribe with Kathie, a supportive community where she found valuable courses, content, and a place to connect with like-minded individuals.

Throughout our coaching journey, Alma's determination, resilience, and willingness to embrace new challenges were evident in every step she took. Her transformation was not just about achieving fitness goals but also about cultivating healthy habits that she can carry with her for a lifetime.
