 Hello, hello. Coach Kathie here and I'm so excited to share with you The Better You Challenge. Who am I and what am I talking about? My name is Kathie Owen, certified fitness trainer and life coach since 2002, which is a very long time. And in that time span, I have learned so much about fitness and wellness and corporate wellness.
