Say only this, but mean it with no reservations, for here the power of salvation lies: I am responsible for what I see. I choose the feelings I experience, and I decide upon the goal I would achieve. And everything that seems to happen to me I ask for and receive as I have asked. Deceive yourself no longer that you are helpless in the face of what is done to you.

But responsibility gets a bad rap and today I want to shift your perspective on this topic.
Matthew McConaughey lost his father at a young age, I think around the age of 20. After the stages of grief, he found that if his father had lived, he wouldn't have been the actor he was today because he relied on his father so much. That is responsibility.
Shame is an emotion often associated with responsibility. Where is shame on the emotional guidance scale by Esther Hicks / Abraham Hicks? Not very high quality.
