Phase Two: Maximizing Motivation and Engagement
In Phase Two, we will focus on continuously improving team engagement within your wellness initiatives.
We'll dive into motivational strategies to keep your team excited and invested in their well-being. Together, we’ll analyze the results of your assessments to see what your team members are responding to most, fine-tuning your program to ensure maximum impact and participation.
Phase Three: Refining and Expanding Engagement
In Phase Three, we’ll continue to tweak and elevate your wellness programs. We’ll introduce guest speakers, provide bonus episodes, and explore new ideas to maintain excitement and drive even more engagement. You’ll also stay ahead of trends and have access to creative, bonus ideas to keep your wellness initiatives fresh and dynamic.
We will hold workshops on the second Tuesday of each month to review and implement these strategies. In addition, you'll have community training sessions every week, where we’ll support each other and brainstorm ways to improve engagement. You'll also have access to 1-1 individual and small group sessions with Kathie on a weekly basis for personalized guidance and support.
