Amy Porterfield Honest Review: Not Affiliated

Amy Porterfield Honest Review - Not Affiliated

Introduction (May 11, 2022)

Scrolling through my Instagram and Facebook feed the last few days I notice an ad pop up. Not just any ad but Amy Porterfield ads.

If you read this blog post you’d know why this was not a good thing! For me or her! Well, she probably could care less, but hey, let’s talk about it!

So I checked out her ads. Just to see how that bro marketing made easy is working for her. And let’s just say there will be lots of vomit emojis in this post! Starting now! 🤮 🤮🤮🤮

So Amy is selling an email-building webinar for $37. What’s wrong with this? So much!

Amy leaves you “needing” more.

So many were asking if they needed this “cheap” course.

Even those from Digital Course Academy and List Building Society.🤮🤮

My answer to that question is another question. Why? Obviously, Amy’s coaching leaves you NEEDING more. She never takes you all the way there. Unless of course you market like she does.

SPAMMY ADS

She had a “testimonial” of a guy who got 2,000 (or some crazy number) subs after working with Amy in only 3 months.

Yet her comments had people asking if they needed this even if they took DCA or LBS?

And this “testimonial” makes the poor victims of LBS and DCA who had worked with Amy for a long time feel like, well, something is wrong with us. To me anyways.

Building a list like that takes time UNLESS you already have a big audience or have been marketing effectively ALREADY!!

To this day (and I signed up for DCA in March 2021) I still see my DCA friends trying and trying to build their list to no avail. It takes consistent action!! And most give up when they don’t see the results. BTW they’ve already shelled out the dough to Amy and they do not see that she is NOT the solution.

She markets to those who buy, buy, buy all the courses out there yet never follow through. And she sells to pain points. She does this in dramatic, bro-marketing fashion too!!

If you are not an obsessive course buyer - steer clear!!

Freudian Slip

Then Amy had a Freudian slip in one of her reels ads.

On the reel it said “HELP YOU SOLD” and it was supposed to say “HELP YOU SELL.”

I call it a Freudian slip as she wants everyone to be SOLD ON HER BULLSH*T!!! And she sounds so “sweet” doing it too.

And unfortunately, this is the case. She banks on those who will continue to buy from her and buy and buy until you are left asking “where is my money?” The answer is, “In Amy’s wallet!!!” 🤮

I use the term LOSER with compassion. I was one of them - for a while. Don’t be a LOSER - stop buying from her!!!

Unless of course marketing like her is your thing. If so knock your lights out!

🤮I kept commenting on her ads.

Things just like I am posting here. Not quite as mean because, well, that’s not how I roll. But I called out her Freudian Slip.

I also called out the fact that others were asking if they needed this cheap ($37) course if they had already taken DCA and LBS. Why even ask that question I would say. Really, think about that.

If she REALLY cared about her clients and was TRULY coaching us with ‘LIFETIME’🤮 access she would teach us anything NEW we needed to learn.

Again, she can do that all she wants. I just do not align with that. The nature of online business is it changes!! Marketing changes. With Amy, you will continue to buy-buy-buy-buy.

Is that how you want to coach online for your clients? Then Amy is your girl. Me, I don’t align with that at all!!!

Cookies in the ads! 😯

The final straw came when one of her ads pointed out that the cookies were telling her to talk to me!!! WTF?????

Talk about bro-marketing!!!

The cookies were only calling me out because I kept commenting on her ads. I even told her to go ahead and waste her ad spend on me in the comments.

The sad thing is she doesn’t care.

Why? Because she has so much money from those of us who spend the bucks thinking we are actually getting something that works this time.

Amy can afford spammy marketing

Amy Porterfield can afford to waste it on her spammy advertising. This probably makes me the sickest of alll!!! And that is pretty bad!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I finally turned her ads off and even reported them as spam. To make matters even sicker - Facebook doesn’t care. Facebook is just like Amy - laughing all the way to the bank with our money!!! 🤮

Amy spends A LOT OF MONEY WITH FACEBOOK!!!

She got my money too!

Don’t worry she got my money too. But I quit paying on my year subscription with her $1,600 into my $2,400 investment that could have been over $5,500 if Amy got her way!

Yes, it took me 8 months into my investment to just stop paying for her stupid crap.

And that “catch money left on the table” company (Gravy.io) she has to bug me for my money was just a few emails that I completely ignored.

Another waste of money that she gets from affiliate marketing with them (Gravy.io).

And don’t even get me started talking about her affiliate partnerships who are just like her! 🤮

Let’s just say if she is affiliated with them - they market just like she does. My trust in anyone associated with her is very little. I have many reasons for this but too much to go into here!!!

In closing

Please be forewarned of Amy Porterfield and anyone associated with her or big bro marketers like her.

My first Amy Porterfield blog post is very popular BTW. I don’t know why it is so popular. Maybe people are searching for honesty. I only wrote it to tell my friends whom I recommended Amy to in the past. Basically to help me redeem myself. 😨

Online marketing is always changing. How will Amy change with that? Will she still be fueled by greed and play on victims who think they “need” so much more at the hands of her greed?

I’m thinking so!

Thank you for spending part of your day with me. If you know someone who can benefit from this article feel free to share it with them using the simple share buttons. Peace out and Namaste.
